The Uranga & Associates OUTSIDE® method of investing in real estate is not for everyone. The Confidential Compatibility work sheet is the first step in the qualifying process allowing us to identify those individuals who are predisposed to the manner of investment our program facilitates.
Besides those items answered by the Compatibility work sheet there are three factors requiring your understanding and agreement necessary to qualifying for our program: 1) Your allocated IRA monies must be placed in a SAFE HARBORŪ IRA account while your program is active. 2) Your IRA monies are to be used for the purchase of the real estate of your choice. 3) Use of a mortgage is an integral and necessary part of the program.
