Steven R. France is one of four owners in the accounting firm of Jones, France, Basterrechea & Brush, Chtd. He graduated from Boise State University in May, 1986, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, double majoring in accounting and computer science. He became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in October, 1987. Steve’s primary focus has been assisting his clients with innovative tax planning strategies designed to minimize federal and state tax in an increasingly complex tax environment.
