Rick's childhood was spent here in the vicinity of the ski resort, Sun Valley, Idaho. After graduating from Boise State University in 1975 with a degree in Business Management he embarked on a career spanning more than 25 years in the finance and lending industries in Colorado and Washington.
Rick joined Uranga & Associates early in 2007 to head our Lending Abetment and Customer Relations department. In this rapidly changing and increasingly challenging lending environment Rick will act as your personal advocate in the lending process. Once your SAFE HARBORŪ documents are in process Rick will go to work for you in sourcing a competitive loan package that is compatible with your needs from his extensive network of independent third-party lending institutions. Lending abetment is an added service offered by Uranga & Associates and by no means mandatory. You are free to obtain lending from any source you wish.
