Originally from the beautiful Basque region of Northern Spain, Alberto Uranga has been involved in the financial world since 1984, helping his clients in the resort community of Sun Valley, Idaho and throughout the nation invest their money and manage their estates.
Alberto was intrigued by the growing sums of money held inside IRAs and was prompted by his clients’ interest to investigate a way to utilize these funds for real estate investment. Since 1992 Alberto has immersed himself in real estate and IRA tax rules, learning and absorbing every aspect of their principles. Alberto Uranga has taught non-credit classes from 1994 through 2001 at the College of Southern Idaho and has lectured in many parts of the country on his OUTSIDE® method for purchasing IRA/real estate. |
